List meas trunk summary report showing %ATB on unused trunks

    HI all,

    CM 6.2.823 ,

As part of my daily maintenance routine i run the above report , However I am seeing some confusing behaviour , we have 10 sip trunk groups with 200 members in each group , these are connections to session manager , when looking at the previous days report I am seeing %ATB of 84 and %out BLK at 100 the strange thing is no calls where actually placed on these trunk groups and the above values are on trunks 5-10 with a total usage of 0 calls a total seize of 0 calls , is this a known bug I have checked release notes going forward up to CM 6.3 latest service pack , if not what else can i look at.

To add to the confusion we have a hard dialer PC5 that links to CM via H323 trunks , that then dials out to Session Manager over the sip trunks , this behavior only seems to occur when the dialer is operational.

I am looking to understand what in normal circumstances would trigger %ATB ( i am under the impression its a simple as all trunks busy) and also what causes % out block( why would calls show as blocked on this form) I have checked screen reference and admin docs but cant correlate this behavior , as I get no denial or error events in CM.

    Thanks in advance

List meas trunk summary report showing %ATB on unused trunks

    Dear User,

This could possibly an issue with the list measurement reports itself. It looks like the tables are not updating or updating with incorrect values.

I would suggest you to please open a Service Request with Avaya to have this investigated in detail by the Backbone Team.

    Hope this helps
