we're migrating some TDM licensing to IP and we want replace some 2500 analog phones for Avaya IP Deskphone 1210 but we can't enable the call waiting on this model. With the 2500 analog phones we have a feature called "Call Waiting -- from Incoming Trunk" (or CWA), but we can't find this for the 1210 model. There's something missing on the CS1000? or can we activate this in other way? Please Help!!
