Presence XCP server not starting

Good day to you all,

I have an issue that the XCP controller of Presence 6.1 is not starting. I have no idea why and to be honest, i can't find the logs. And if it's broke, did anyone of you ever manage to re-install presence within a MES 6.2? In my opinion this is possible.

Any help is welcome.
