CM 5.2.1 to 6.3 might reboot,if SIP INVITE doesn't have fmtp parameter

An incoming SIP INVITE that contains multiple payloads for a codec without an fmtp parameter can cause a segmentation fault. Depending on the frequency, this can escalate to a CM reset

Impact: CM 5.2.1 to 6.3. Fix: CM 5.2.1 SP16+, CM 6.2 SP7+ and CM 6.3 SP1+.
