MPLR32785 installed on MC32 Card ,you can't administrate the card by element manager
patch MPLR32785 for R7.65P is deffective. When the Media card (SMC) is restarted and the patch is in service the card comes up and is working but it is not possible to manage it from the Element manager. Every try to communicate with the card ends with the following output: WEB3008: Connection to the Call Server failed. The possible reasons are 1. The Security permissions on the destination element are not the same as the UCM server. 2. The XmsgServer is not running on the destination element. Severity:Major The only way how to fix it is to connect to it using PuTTY, deactivate the patch MPLR32785 and reset the card.
MPLR33122 is available as replacement patch and a fix for this.
