Hi, we are using an Aura S8800 CM6.0.1 SP8.01. We plan to upgrade to CM6.2 and need to upgrade our TN771DP, TN2224CP, and TN2501 boards to the newest firmware. Can someone provide me with what the impact is and how long it takes when upgrading the firmware for these boards? I appreciate the help.

Firmware Impacts/timeframe
Hello,
If all goes smoothly then you should be able to upgrade TN771DP, TN2224CP, and TN2501 boards within an hour.
Impact for upgrading below boards are as follows :
TN771DP Maintenance/Test board: No Impact as this board is responsible for running various Maintenance tests.
TN2224CP: Digital phones connected on this circuit pack will not be available.
TN2501 VAL board: All the announcements will be unavailable during the upgrades.
