How do you keep the voice mail message you just listend to as a "new" message?

do you know which TUI is being used ?
if you use Aria TUI....unless you save the Message it continues to be Marked As Unread at least that is how it was in MM

I am using AUDIX. When we switched from Intuity Audix to Avya Aura Messaging r6.1 we seem to have lost the feature that allows you to mark an already listened to message as "new". The admistrative assistant that listens to calls for her boss used to mark the message as new if he still needed to listen to it after she determined the priority of the message. She can no longer do this. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
