My users started concerning that sometimes there are silent between customers through ISDN. Please let me know what should I check and which log could help me understand the root cause

Questions and suggestions
There are several places that the problem could be caused by. The phone, the network, the gateway, lack of resources, service provider etc...
- what is the version of Avaya Aura communication manager?
- what is the version of the G450 firmware?
- what sort of phones do you have?
- do all the users experience the problem?
- do the users who experience, experience at the same time?
- how many G450 gateways do you have?
- how many active calls do you have at a time when the problem occures?
- how many ISDN trunks?
- do you use direct IP?
- do you also have remote (branch) gateways?
- since when the problem started?
- was there any changes done to the network, switches, gateway, communication manager?
- what is the far end of the ISDN trunk? Another Avaya server? or 3rd party equipment, or service provider?
I hope these questions can assist/
as for troubleshooting, I would suggest first check the resources and events in the communication manager to see if I have resource issues. then check the gateway firmware to see if it's the latest and matches the communication manager version. check if the communication manager has the latest patch...
