System Manager Bulk User Import

Hello,

I'm looking for the XML format expected by System Manager for bulk user import for Session Manager.
I'm working with SM 5.2 which allows import but no export.

Does anyone have XML files supported by System Manager ?
I found the files structure in the Admin guide, but it's quite impossible to copy / paste it in a proper XML file.

Unfortunately this feature is not supported in this release. The functionality was due to be implemented in this release, but due to complications late in the release cycle support was never officially added.

Unfortunately there are some references to importing left in the user interface and also the documentation, which are due to be corrected in a forthcoming service pack.

However, Bulk User Import is fully supported in System Manager 6.0, and there is reference on how to do this in the documentation. If there is a possibility for you to upgrade to Aura System and Session Manager 6.0, then I would recommend that you do so.

Thank you for your answer, I better understand now but I don't know why Avaya didn't implement this functionnality in a product designed to support thousands of users !..

We will upgrade in 6.0 soon, so let's wait for it
