I have an issue with Avaya SM 6.2.
I'm running a SIP extension that related to AVAYA SM 6.2, the SIP extension registered on a 3rd party SIP Phone. The status of the SIP Extension registered and successfully can make a call to an H.323 extension (video call).
The issue is, the name of caller extension not shown on the called extension, always shown extension number, what i want is the extension name should appear. Meanwhile, i already change the display name on the extension at SM user management.
Any advice for this?
