CS1000 Sig server sysbackup

hello, I am getting this message after doing a sysbackup -b:

Operation is momentarily blocked by SYSBACKUP subsystem.
Try again later if action is still required.
How can i stop the subsystem so i can backup?

Hi

I have the same problem. Restarting the jBoss would solve the problem but I would like to find a way to stop it without affecting the service.

If you find something let me know.
