Selective Listen

What parameters do I need to set on Communication Manager to enable the selective listen feature? The CM admin guide says I need to enable ASAI Link Plus Capabilities which I have. However, when I try to invoke selective listen I get this error:

GENERIC_SUBSCRIBED_RESOURCE_AVAILABILITY (41)
(CS0/50) – This service has not been administratively enabled on
the switch.
