External Calls / names instead of numbers

Hi there,
we have a customer that is using the EC 500 feature... so if one of those users are calling in with their mobile extension the name will be shown on the avaya set.

The customer would like to have also other mobile numbers displayed as names but dont need the EC 500 feature.

What are the features and possibilities that this will work with/o additional licences?

Hi,

For EC500, we do have a mapping of the name in station form to the off pbx station form. So basically CM can compare/ fetch the name from station form to display the same to the end user (phone). Incase of a normal ISDN call for which we don't have any mapping of name, CM will display the incoming caller number.

Is there any other mapping possible like phone book, speed dials or is this mapping really only possible with EC 500 sets?
