Issue Description: 9600 H.323 GA r3.2.1-base phones having backup/restore issues with HTTPS
Solution: 3.2.1.4 patch (3.2.1.4 is built on top of the current latest GA release 3.2.1, for 9600-H.323)
PSN0034142u has been very recently (10th feb 2014), GA released at https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100178226
In the above PSN, one can also find the link to the 3.2.1.4 patch, that has been tested and confirmed as solution for this issue.
