    Session Manager to Right Fax

I have a customer we have implemented Sip trunking to their RightFax Servers via an endpoint off of System Session Manager. The Right Fax Vendor is telling me that we are sending him '24169hone-context=cdp.udp.' I have verfied this using traceSM on session manager, and this is what they are getting. Is there anyway using adaptations in session manager to either get rid of everything and send them just the number 24169, or if in the phone-context make it equal phone-context=24169.

    Hello,

I do not have an exact answer to your query about the adaptations. However, you might want to check the devconnect application note that is available for Avaya CM, Avaya SM and RightFax Integration. You might get some ideas from that. May be there is some setting/parameter that can help if modified per the application note.

Here is a link to that application note.

    Best Regards

Hello, I too am trying to set up a SIP trunk from Session manager to Right Fax. I'm not finding any documentation on how to set up the Adaption piece of it. I'm not sure what to add for the Module Parameter Type so the correct header is sent. Did you have any luck with setting up the SIP trunk on your end?

        See here: https://www.devconnectprogram.com/fi...0-ac672cfa6850

There shouldn't be any header manipulation needed; only domain adaptations depending on your environment.
