    Session Manager - Refer Message

    Hi guys
    Hope someone else have seen this before.
    I have a CM 5.2.1 with agents connected using OneX agent, digital stations and IP stations, a SIP trunk connect to a session manager that connects to the PSTN using an SBC ACME Packet. A dialer genesys is being added to the session manager to place calls to the PSTN and when the call is connected and a real person is detected, a transfer is requested from the Genesys to the SM but the refer is not being forwarded to the SIP trunk in the PBX, it is being forwarded to the provider with answer with a notify 503 Service unavailable. Im attaching a doc file with a diagram solution and a diagram with the sip flow.
    how can I make the session manager to reroute that refer to the sip trunk in the PBX?

      Please check Refer To header in SIP REFER message. The number in Refer To header should be routable to CM in SM/SMGR's dial pattern
