I met one issues with Radvision ViaIP Mcu,
The information about the Mcu is following:
When our terminal open logical channel in one H323 call, this Mcu reject our logical Channel sometimes
1、 packet No.39—45 the first time exchange capabilities and Msd
2、 No.59、61 when our terminal open logical channel, mcu send one null tcs signal, and our terminal ack this request.
3、 No. 73、75 、77 when MCU send one new Capability , our terminal response this request with ACK message, then Open logical Channel forward to Mcu ,but Mcu confitnue reject all logical signal.
