One-x mobile call back

HI, who can whelp me, I do not know what else to do with the configuration at the O-X Mobile Server, but the system (CM S8400 5.2.1) does not calls Me back to the mobile (Blacberry).
Does any body have the ""template"" of how the config for the digit plan should be at the OXmobile server?,
AND what in particular should the extension at the CM should have,
I really appreciate your comments, I'am giving up,

Especially topic starting on page 57 talks about "Configure Dial Plans and Conversion Rules".
