When Zone Based Dialing is enabled and AACC is routing a call to an external number, e.g. 044 XXX XXX XXX 0 - AC1 44= SPN (for UK) because AACC is not in any zone, there is no prefix inserted. The call fails with BUG864.
Setup:
: External call from mobile phone or any other external source to extension with Call Forward no Answer to an external number (FDN 032474860942, 0=AC1, 3247=SPN of AC1 for Belgium Country Code(32), 4860942= the rest of the mobile phone number (0474860942)). 2: Call will be handled by AC1 access code because it does not follow ZFDP dialling and then by SPN 3247. 3: SPN 3247 is then handled by RLB 500 ENTRY 0 (ROUTE 25 ûSIP VTRK) with DGT-DMI 500 (no call modification as the number is already in E.164 INTL format) which sends the call to NRS for ON-NET dialling. 4: the call will return back STEP BACK ON CONGESTION (SBOC) as the dialled number is not part of ON-NET dial plan and will follow the ENTRY 1 of RLB 500 and terminate the call locally (LTER YES) with DGT-DMI 501 (nothing to delete and it should insert 001P, 0=AC1 01=SPN or 01400=SPNà depending on supplied P prefix). 5: Because this is an incoming external call which is not part of ZBD feature (so B-channels are not part of any NUMZONE) and it looks like that the FDN/EFD/HUNT/EHT is also not part of ZBD there will be no ôPö prefix inserted (P=NULL) so the call should be handled by AC1 0 SPN 01 as it was the case in Rel. 6, but since upgrade to 7.65 the call drops and terminate with BUG864.
Solution
iagnostic MPLR33151 is available for downloading in PEP library. The patch contains a fix attempt. This is still under testing currently.
