    Hi,

    Can any one help me, for getting CMS Report, I got CMS Report After 30 Minutes, I want to get CMS Report for every Call.

    I am waiting for response.

    It sounds like you need to move from the Historical Tab to Real-Time in Avaya CMS Supervisor. You will then see the disposition of each call as it happens.

    For more detailed records you may need to install a more robust CMS solution such as (or similar to) Avaya IQ, and/or invest in a call accounting system if you don't currently have one.

      IQ is good option where Customer Experience Detail report gives detail of each call. You can drill and get more info on that call.

      For CMS, you integrate CMS with ECHI. It will provide details of each segments of the call.
