In MBT, the CM eth interface is a virtual interface and is automatically managed to the physical eth0 by the Dom0. The virtual interface on the CM is used by the procr which you need for setting up SIP trunks. To the best of my knowledge you cannot manually change this to setup SIP trunks on any other ethernet ports.
