I have nearly completed my CES (6.2) installation and I am having an annoying issue with the messages in One-X Communicator (v6.2) & One-X mobile (v6.2)
The issue is that when a new internal voice message is received, the name/number is missing. However when a external number (cell/mobile) leaves a voice message, the number is displayed.
All messages can be played back.
All the monitors are running fine and any tests on the VM server within CES is successful.
Any ideas on how to resolve?
