In a SMGR Rls 6.1 how would I remove old file names from the backup list?

Deleting System Manager Backup Files
I don't have access to a SMGR 6.1 System. The process / operation should be the same as it is in the latest SMGR release (6.3.7).
SMGR backups stored locally on the SMGR box are controlled by configuration value called 'Maximum Backup Files' that can be access via the SMGR UI "(Home / Services / Configurations / Settings / SMGR / SMGR Element Manager”. Once the max backup file value is reached, the oldest backup is deleted and the newest one added (rolling file archive)
For SMGR backups archived on remote servers, System Manager does not remove the files from the remote server. Simple reason the customer may not want us to delete files from their remote boxes. The disk management for the remote box which is used by customer would be used to cleanup the old files.
