Problem Clarification
Excessive PRI208 messages generated for DCH on UDT card.
Cause
Using Debug PEP MPLR33153 and associated DIAG208 and DIAG237 messages it was determined that DCH input buffer contained corrupted content for ISDN setup message.
Corrupted SETUP message example (3 examples):

This info came from the card equipped with DCH 125 which is a Universal Digital Trunk (UDT) card (NTDW79ABE5) with UDTCAB17 firmware version.
checked UDT firmware is UDTCAB21. :
FIXES: (1) MSDL300/MSDL100
. (2) Strengthen Upgrade processing - to not leave the board inoperative if the upgrade fails.
(3) Global command datacoll moved to Admin user level.
(4) Self-test. If IDPROM is empty, then fail the self-test with appropriate message (beneficial usage in the functional tester).
(5) Add a flag which allows for the printing of PRI Hello messages.
(6) Printed "running time" in the datacoll output now based on a lower resolution counter
. (7) New FPGA load that fixes the data bus corruption on CEMUX that was the root cause of the PRI208 errors and is also expected to fix the 3 UDT card problem.

Upgrade UDT cards to current GA release UDTCAB21
UDTCAB21 contains the following fix along with other fixes...
New FPGA load that fixes the data bus corruption on CEMUX which is the root cause of the PRI208 errors.
