ASM routing calls based on IP address or ANI - Possible?

Calls originate from CM 6, routed to ASM to be routed to other SIP entities. Is it possible to route calls differently depending on the ANI or the IP address of the caller? Specifically, can the ASM route two calls from the same originating CM differently when they call the same number?
