need help immediately. Phones are not operating properly. Says "back up failed system busy". Rolls over after only 1/2 ring. Please help. not working since 4/28/14

You must realize that this is a volunteer forum, and the folks that reply with answers are administering their own company's phone systems, but are glad to offer advice on programming and setup questions.

If you have a maintenance contract, contact your maintenance provider directly.
