Lync integration Fails to initialize

Hello,
I am receiving a pop up message stating Avaya Lync integration failed to initialize. This previously worked and have tried an uninstall/re-install as well. I am not able to find any logs which could determine where the issues resides so any information or guidance would be appreciated.

I would suggest to open a SR with Avaya so we can help you out to resolve this problem by checking proper logs.
