    Group call to six differnt numbers

    I am transitioning from a Nortel Option 11 with a feature that would let my customer dial a feature code that would initiate a group call that would dial 6 different numbers. Can the Avaya Aura CM 6 perform the same feature? If so, how do I impliment it?

    You can achieve this setup using blast conference feature available on CM.

    In case of CM you would need to dial in a VDN number (i guess).

    You can search more on Blast conference feature which could be useful.

      There are a few different ways to do this depending on your end requirement , are they external or internal numbers ??

        They are internal numbers. My customer would dial a short code and then it would call 5 different numbers. It was for emergency services.

          So if i understand you want to dial 5 internal numbers concurrently.

          if so create a coverage answer group , put your 5 stations in there.

          create a cover path and in point 1 point it to your coverage answer group

          create a virtual station , in its cover path put in the above path number.

          Users dial the virtual station which in turn alerts the members of your coverage answer group (NOTE. In CM 6.2 and below this is limited to 8 members , 6.3 can go to 100)
