Does anyone have installed service pack 02.1.016.4-21366.tar.gz?
Were there any problems after installation?
I'm planning to install the service pack and afraid that will only get worse.

refer to release note document, its got list of fixes this SP brings and it also includes fixes for the last SPs.
Have Avaya/BP team involved into installation and they should be able to take care of rolling back etc in case issues get popped up during/after installation.
