SES licence files
Hi there, I am pa bit of a novice but I have been trying to get vatrious SIP clients working on our G450 combined SES. I have hit a bit of a brick wall with the licencing. According to the CM there is licences and I have enabled and administered SES as per notes I have managed to download. I can get the client to log on but get a message in the logs that no licence exists. I have checked the licence in SES and the grace period has expired. On reading some threads on IAUG and tek tips I need to get the licence files from RFA. Is there any step by step guide to doing this. I tried to register but have no idea what my group authorization identifier is. If someone can point me in the right direction I would be most grateful. Thanks.
