In Avaya One-X agent application END button doesn't work as same as the RELEASE call button.
END BUTTON - It will drops the active call but hold the inactive call.
RELEASE BUTTON - it will drops the active call and in-active call i.e. Agent receiving a call from customer and if they are asking some query & agent puts customer call on hold (in-active call) and dial another call with TL for customer query (Active Call). Once the consultation with the TL is completed, agent might click the release button and both call will get disconnected.
The release button works in opposite of the hard phone.
We have to disable the release button for the agent, please suggest how to take it forward.
