Please advise the paying system for monitoring Contact center. There CM 5.2.1 - 4 pieces and media gateway G430-40 pcs. Need to check the status of servers and trunks

Here are some commands to get you started:
Trunk Groups (TG) . . .
in GEDI use the command "list trunk" to get a list. Then use the command "sta trunk x" for a multi page report on an individual TG
System Health
Good . . .
open emulation mode and use the command "monitor health."
Better . . .
open GEDI and use the command "disp ala." Once the Alarm report selection screen comes up press the F3 key. I usually print this report out in landscape mode.

Use the browser admin tool for the most complete reporting.
