Monitoring system trunks

Please advise the paying system for monitoring Contact center. There CM 5.2.1 - 4 pieces and media gateway G430-40 pcs. Need to check the status of servers and trunks

Try These

Here are some commands to get you started:

Trunk Groups (TG) . . .
in GEDI use the command "list trunk" to get a list. Then use the command "sta trunk x" for a multi page report on an individual TG

System Health
Good . . .
open emulation mode and use the command "monitor health."

Better . . .
open GEDI and use the command "disp ala." Once the Alarm report selection screen comes up press the F3 key. I usually print this report out in landscape mode.

Use the browser admin tool for the most complete reporting.

monitor health

display alarms

And, if you have the Mintenance Library for your version of CM, open it and search for "Maintenance Alarms" to get the specifice version for your rev.
