I am working on our CDR reporting and am told that we need to enable UCID.
I am trying to see the entire call from cradle to grave. Currently a call comes in and hits our auto attendant (ext 1234) and that's all I can see. I would like to be able to see where the call goes afterward. Who does it get transferred to and so on.
Would I enable UCID in the trunk group or system features?
Do I need a license to make this happen?
