could help me with this error, I have a communication manager
in tfptboot directory with firmware version 1.2 1600 series phones
and load the version 1.3, I have a conflict also shows the image:


Package 16xx-IPT-H323-R1_3_3-042313.i386.rpm FAILED to install.
file /tftpboot/16xxupgrade.txt from install of 16xx-IPT-H323-R1_3_3-042313 conflicts with file from package 16xx_H323R-1_2_2-0 file /tftpboot/release.xml from install of 16xx-IPT-H323-R1_3_3-042313 conflicts with file from package 16xx_H323R-1_2_2-0
