We have just installed & integrated an Avaya SBCE with SM 6.3 & CM 6.3.
The SIP endpoint registers to the SM100 module through the SBC's Public IP address.
The issue is that over certain internet connections I get intermittent one way audio, the SIP endpoint cannot hear any audio.
But on some internet connections, everything works fine.
Have any of you faced such a puzzling issue. I'm guessing its service provider related.
Any ideas..?
