Installing CM 6.3 with EPW file

Hi,

I want to install a CM simplex template using the EPW. I downloaded the 'Standalone Installation Wizard for Communication Manager 6.3' but I can't figure out how to use it.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello,

once you install the software, execute the file "run.bat" which will be located in C:\Program Files\Avaya\CM Pre-installation Wizard by default .

once you run this bat file, it will open a screen in your browser. you can enter all the config which you need , then save the EPW file which can you used when you are installing at customer site.
