My Avaya skills are very limited as I do not work with IP phones very often. I recently ran into a situation where, because of space constraints, two people are sharing the same office. We only want to install one IP phone (Avaya 9641G) in that office and wondering if it's possible to configure (if so, how?) two extensions on one phone. I know I can setup 'bridged appearances' but I'm not sure if this will work for my problem. Also, if possible, to have the message indicator available for each extension. We are currently running Avaya Aura CM v6.0-2.

hello,
yes , you can create a bridge-appr button and the second user can use the same physical phone to pick the call.
for mwi, use aut-msg-wt button and map the required extension number to this key.
