    EC500 extnd-call fails with beeping on desk phone

    Hello,

    I have configured EC500 to forward to an outside number, and it is working well.

    However, if I attempt to use the extnd-call button, the light flashes, and the phone beeps.

    I have also confirmed that trk-to-trk transfer override is enabled in the COS affecting the station.

    Beyond this, what might be causing the Extend Call to fail with this type of error feedback (the beeping)?

    do you see any denial events in the "list trace station" when you use this feature ?

      Thanks for that!

      I had 'exclusion' on. Didn't realize that EC500 is essentially bridging the call.
