PROBLEM TEXT: When swapping two phones with the same MCR-DN configured on key0 and key1 get the error "SCH2116: CPND Name already exists" and both phones are deleted.
EM with CS on R7.6
tried to swap 2 DN 3172 and 3112 (M3904 Type) via EM and able to reproduce the error SCH2116.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Phones are swapped with no errors.
ACTUAL RESULTS: SCH2116 error and both TN are disappeared.
System Impact:
During installation following applications will be unavailable: Restarts Jboss-Quantum application and takes approximately 10 minutes for the system to come up after application of this patch.
Time to apply approximately: 10 minutes

Special instructions:
After application of the patch, "Update database" should be performed on "Element Manager / Phones / Properties" page and then "Retrieve All Phones and Reconcile" operation should be performed for all sets configured on the server on "Element Manager / Phones" pages. All temporary files and cookies should be removed from Internet Explorer browser.
This patch requires patch cs1000-Jboss-Quantum-7.65.16.22-1 or higher to be installed.
