    CM Hotline to Multiple Stations

    Folks,

As you may initially think, too easy. Yes, it is.

I have the need to ring multiple stations in an emergency situation and then, unanswered stations will continue ringing after 1 or more of the destination stations have answered. This of course makes the cover answer group and bridged call appearances not an option.

I feel that there may be the built in conference bridge limitation of 6 parties if, I can make that happen. But, that's better than nothing.

My research did lead me to the "green" feature that allows an IP phone to be set up as the hotline originator - which was also one of my requirements.

Crisis alerting may an option but would still have the problem of 6 parties I think and, that is only one CA per system and, most organizations are getting away from having attendants in any case.

    Thanks!

There is no such feature which meets your reqirements currently.

alerting options are limited to 6 parties.

SA8608. it says it only works on the S8700, but I seem to remember doing it on a G7 as well.
