PI: ELAN DROP due to : No keep alive messages between MGC and Call Server on port 15000. (To activate functionality MPLR26557 is needed)

PROBLEM TEXT: A firewall between CS and MGC closes TCP connections that were idle for longer than an hour. A workaround solution is to send time update messages to all pbxLink devices in the work scheduler timing marks. SETUP AND ACTIONS PERFORMED TO CAUSE THE PROBLEM: CS1000 system with MGC configured. Firewall. EXPECTED RESULTS: Firewall does not close TCP connection between CS and MGC. ACTUAL RESULTS: Firewall closes TCP connection between CS and MGC that were idle for longer than an hour.
