How to activate my Scopia XT5000 unit

Hi all,

We have purchased a Scopia XT5000 unit, and I am looking to complete the setup. We got documentation from Radvision telling us to go to radvision.licensing.com to get our license key, however that website is now no-longer functional.

This is where the problems start. It tells me to activate through PLDS, but when we log on to that site, it doesn't seem to have a place to let me generate a license?

It's probably something simple, but I can't find it.

Any help appreciated.

for Licensing or Key requests. Please follow the below procedure for obtaining the required license.

Licensing
Product Licensing & Delivery System (PLDS): https://sales.avaya.com/en/general/product-licensing-delivery-system-plds is the new licensing platform for Scopia infrastructure and end points.
If you don’t have access to PLDS, Login/Sign in to Avaya Support at http://support.avaya.com, Select “Profile,” Select “View/Request Roles, ” Select a “Role” for the application(s), Click “Save.” The basic “PLDS User” role will automatically be added to your profile.

For PLDS licenses you will need a License Activation Code (LAC). Open an ITSS ticket if you need assistance obtaining one.
