PROBLEM TEXT: INI after BERR0705 from SETUP_SC_INFO_T : DETERMINE_SPD_T :..: TCM_OUTPUT_MSG when Phone configured with a SCL list that is 4 less than MSCL SETUP AND ACTIONS PERFORMED TO CAUSE THE PROBLEM: Create a digital or IP set with a valid SCL. Out the SCL. Reduce the MSCL value in LD 17 to exactly 4 less than the list on the set. Register or service change the set. EXPECTED RESULTS: No problems, except the key doesn't work. ACTUAL RESULTS: BERR0705 when the set is downloaded or the IP set registers.
