Dual Headset For Attendant Monitoring

Could anyone confirm if there is any way to use a second USB headset with one-x attendant so that a team leader could listen in on the calls for quality checks.

On the normal IP handsets we use splitter cables but the attendants are using USB headsets so not too sure if it is possible.

I could not find any specific document which talks about this.

I don't think even windows allows to route the same audio to different devices at a time.

We are Still Using 302D Attendant Consoles

Here is another reason why I refuse to go to a soft console. Does anyone dissagree that the venerable hard consoles work just fine and are rock steady? I have a source for refurbs that work just fine if anyone want to know.

A manager asked me for the next new thing in a console a few years back. When I asked "Why would you want that?" They had no answer.

There is a USB splitter available from Plantronics we use for training. Part name is Y-Adapter Trainer P/N 27019-03
