Does anyone know if the Password One time reset diagnostic tool on the Avaya support page works???? I tried it 4 times already and have received nothing in the way of an email either telling me it worked or failed. The tools instructions state that you will recieve an email. How long would it take? I thought it was automatic. Thanks for any input.
