    Can't access sat via CM6.3 in VM Ware

    After I installed CM6.3 in VM Ware and configured it for active&standby( the status is ok ).
    Then I installed license and the status is normal. Now I tried to connect to SAT but I always got access denied. I use dadmin account that I just created. I telnet to Active server with port 5023 then I filled in the ID&Pass. The screen appeared the Login session again so I fill the ID one more time and then I got ACCESS DENIED. Please help me !

    Can you install Authentication file and then try it. Authentication file is a MUST for every installation and this will enable all the required login's and permission.

      Hi Thananpong,
      I also installed Avaya Aura Communication Manager in My DELL LAPTOP and restore one of the backup.
      first i am unable to get SAT terminal but it will work as i did below steps.
      1. restore the backup ( same version) through SMI interface
      2. stop all CM services
      3. reboot the system
      4.Start it again
      5. open the webpage and create the login account "dadmin"

      After that its working flawlessly on my laptop.
