    Show a custom alert to the agent answering the call

    Hi,

    I need to show a custom, informational alert to the agent answering the phone. The alert needs to call an API with input parameter of Caller TN, TN dialed, date & time of the call. The API will return a message which will then be displayed to agent. Is there a sample code, or instructions on how to implement this.

    We are using Aura version 8.0.

    What systems do you have available for your Aura stack? Just Aura Core, or are you using any external appliances, like Breeze for example? Do you have CMS and Call Center elite?
