NTP synchronization log on Avaya CM (AVP110)

Is there a log which shows the synchronization of CM with an NTP server?
The Avaya Aura CM 8.1 is installed on an AVP110 build. I do have admin access to ESXi but no root. I did not find data on ESXi's syslog.log nor info on Avaya CM's messages logs. For CM, I do have dadmin and root accounts. Additionally, the ntp.conf file does not output to any logfile.

    Any suggestions?

    A little more background:

CM (on AVP110) receives NTP from a Symmetricom (now Microchip/Microsemi) SyncServer S350 acting as a Stratum 1 source. I've tried checking the SyncServer S350's logs but I cannot find sync logs in the various logs.

I've also tried editing the /etc/ntp.conf file with 'statsdir /var/ntp' and restarted ntpd service. No success at this time.

CM 8.1 uses NTPD. This daemon logs to /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog.

Note the ASP 110 is a "bare metal" server and not intended for a hypervisor. AVP should be used on the ASP 120.
