Hi,
We encountered an issue with the Avaya Aura system where phones lost registration with the Session Manager. All IP phones displayed "Acquiring Service" on their screens.

We checked the Session Manager through the SMGR web interface and saw that the Service State was set to Deny New Service, and the License Mode was Restricted.

We attempted to select Accept New Service, but an error appeared stating that the license was restricted.
When we checked the license state, both licenses were available but not in use.
We tried rebooting the SMGR, and everything started working fine. Both licenses attached to the Session Managers, and we were able to select Accept New Service. The phones registered successfully, and everything functioned normally.
My question is: What could have caused this issue? What should we do to prevent it from happening again in the future?
Thanks.
