Install Certs for SBCE

I am trying to install a new CA Certificate on to the SBC. I have followed instructions and I am unable to browse to the CSR/KEY to upload. there is only a Choose File no browse and nothing comes up in choose file. How do I get my certs on so that I can select the file during the install process?

Select "Certificate" as opposed to "CA Certificate" on the certificate install screen to upload a key and cert chain. The "CA Certificate" option is only for updating the SBC's truststore.
